Abidemi has over 20 years of international leadership experience across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He brings extensive expertise in HSEQ, strategic project delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management and sustainable infrastructure development.

As Founder and Project Director, his vision is to establish mega projects as a catalyst for industrial advancement, youth empowerment, technological innovation, tourism development and long-term economic transformation across Africa.

Rasheed A. Akinola

Strategy, Digital Transformation & Governance

Rasheed A. Akinola

Qualifications

MSc in Professional Accountancy (University of London, UK), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certifications. Currently completing a doctorate at a prestigious North American school, specializing in Global Business and Leadership.

Rasheed is a strategic business and technology leader with nearly 20 years of experience in Data & System Architecture, Digital Transformation, Business & Data Governance, and Enterprise Technology across financial services, insurance, and public-sector organizations in West Africa & North America.

He brings expertise in business transformation, compliance, data governance and technology modernization, helping organizations deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Master’s degree in Sociology and a background in Mass Communication.

Reehanat is a communications and stakeholder engagement professional with experience spanning project support, administration, community relations, customer services and digital communications across Europe and Africa. Her expertise includes project coordination, administrative management, public engagement and communications strategy, supporting the successful development and delivery of impactful initiatives.

Jessica is a highly experienced project governance, risk management and operational excellence professional with over 20 years of international experience supporting major energy, infrastructure and development projects across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Her background includes leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex projects.

Jessica provides strategic guidance on project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, sustainability and operational performance, helping ensure projects are developed and delivered in line with international best practices, safety standards and sustainable development principles. Master's degree in Facilities Management and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Temitope is an accomplished engineering and project management professional with extensive experience delivering complex energy, infrastructure and industrial development projects. His expertise spans engineering design, project execution, construction management, modularization and stakeholder coordination across major projects in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. He has held leadership roles in engineering consulting, project management and EPC project delivery, with a background in managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing execution and driving engineering excellence.

Temitope brings valuable technical insight and practical experience to Utlebe’s infrastructure development strategy, supporting the successful delivery of world-class facilities and sustainable development outcomes. Stakeholder & Administrative Operations

Master of Science in Energy & Environmental Management and Bachelor of Technology in Geophysics.

Experience & expertise

Adaobi is an experienced administrative and client relationship professional with a strong background in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, customer relationship management and executive support. She has supported organizations across business services, engineering, commodities and project environments. Her expertise includes stakeholder communications, calendar and meeting management, data administration, research, customer service and organizational support.

Khadidiatou Bah

Logistics & Operations

Khadidiatou Bah

Qualifications

Diploma in Business Management and Administration.

Experience & expertise

Khadidiatou is an experienced logistics and marine operations professional with more than two decades of international experience supporting offshore energy and marine construction projects across Africa and Europe. In senior logistics and operational leadership roles with Subsea7, she has successfully coordinated vessel operations, marine logistics, project mobilizations, regulatory compliance and operational support for complex offshore projects.

Contribution to Utlebe / AHIC

Her expertise includes logistics management, marine support coordination, vessel certification, stakeholder engagement, operational planning, project support and supply chain coordination. With extensive experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces and supporting large-scale offshore developments, Khadidiatou brings valuable operational insight and project delivery expertise to the team.
